Terms and Conditions for Escorts

1. The terms and conditions laid out here shall be governed by English Law. All escorts must accept these terms and conditions prior to being registered on SaintsnSinners.net
2. Saints n Sinners Ltd are not the employers of any escort, the company provides an advertising and marketing service to escorts. Bookings are taken directly by the escort
3. The escort shall be wholly responsible for any liabilities incurred during any work obtained though Saints n Sinners Ltd.
4. A completed questionnaire with the escort's details along with, up to 2 photographs of the escort shall be provided by the new escort, one of which should be in smart dress, and one of which should be, preferably an underwear shot. Overly explicit shots will not be published on the site.
5. Escorts must be over the age of 18.
6. The escort can dictate their own preferences and prices, the company cannot guarantee any custom but will advise how their preferences and prices should be adjusted in order to maximise custom and income.
7. The escort's online details, including their profile, photographs and prices can be changed as often as they wish during the advertising period.
8. The company is not responsible for any incorrect information that the escort supplies.
9. Bookings will be taken by the escorts themselves by supplying a contact telephone number and email address
10. The escort must not bring the company into disrepute. They should not participate in criminal activities and associate those activities with the company
11. Escorts that have been removed from the escort list and the website can be reinstated for the re-listing fee of £50. Subsequent escort list and website removal will be permanent; escorts are effectively given 2 chances.
